Report Guidance

Report Guidance

Your child will receive a full academic report once per year, at the end of each year.

 

These are issued via email and will normally be sent at least one week before the end of term, to allow any discussions with your class teacher you may want to have.

 

Below are the possible teacher assessments for subject areas in their End of Year Report:

 

EYFS (Reception - all areas)

  • Exceeding
  • Expected
  • Emerging

 

Y1-6 Attainment

  • Working above expected National Attainment standard
  • Meeting expected National Attainment standard
  • Not yet meeting expected National Attainment standard
  • Significantly below expected National Attainment standard

 

Y1-6 Effort

  • Outstanding
  • Good
  • Acceptable
  • Requires Improvement

 

Y1-6 Progress to Target

  • Exceeded
  • Achieved
  • Partially Achieved
  • Not Yet Achieved

 

Your child will also receive additional reports with their EOY report, depending on their Key Stage and Year Group. Additional reports can be expected for:

  • Year 6 - KS2 SATS results report
  • Year 2 - KS1 SATS outcomes report
  • Year 1 - Phonics Screener results report
    • Year 2 - Phonics Screener report if they have re-sat the screener during Year 2
