ECO WARRIORS
AIMS
The Eco Warrior group care passionately about our world and about preserving it for every living creature now and in the future. In order to gain a place on the team, they had to present their commitment to sustainable living, care for the environment, commitment to wildlife preservation and/or ideas for change - whether local, national or global.
Apart from being naturally interested in our world and the wonders of it, as a Rights Respecting School they carry out their Eco Warrior work in upholding the following Rights of the Child articles:

They are also proudly reflecting our school’s C.A.R.E. values by being an Eco Warrior.
To be a good ambassador in this pupil leadership group, the members have to be interested, knowledgeable and keen to share their ideas. They learn from each other. For example, some know more about the animal kingdom and habitats, and some know more about the environment and climate change. Some people are really creative about ways we can save energy in school and at home. All these things are important to the group.
There are lots of eco-awareness dates in the Whole School Calendar, so the Eco-Warriors can get involved and share their knowledge and passion with everyone.
