Care and Community

WHO ARE WE?

At Bursted Wood, our core values of community, care, aspiration, respect and empathy are at the heart of everything we do. Our Care and Community Group helps us put these values into action by creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every child. The group provides a safe space where pupils can talk, work together, build friendships and feel encouraged by both staff and peers.

Through this work, we aim to ensure that every child feels respected, listened to and truly valued. We aim to help build a strong sense of belonging that extends beyond the classroom into our local community.
